Two years ago, one photograph ended Jacob O’Sullivan’s career.

He caught Kyle Miller; the golden-voiced, platinum-selling lead singer of Eternal Saints with the mask off. The real Kyle. The deviant one. But management had money, lawyers, and a narrative to maintain, and they buried Jacob alive beneath a single word: deepfake. He lost his job, his name, his future. Kyle, however, didn’t lose a thing.

Now Kyle’s mask is slipping again. Same darkness, same arrogance, and the same belief that the world is too caught up worshipping him, to ever catch him; that is everyone except Jacob.

And this time, he’s not selling the photos. He’s using them.

The deal is simple. Kyle does exactly what Jacob says, or the world sees who he really is. What Jacob doesn’t count on, is how good it feels to have a pop star on his knees; or how fast revenge curdles into something hungrier, filthier, and far more dangerous than blackmail. Kyle was supposed to break. Instead, he leans in, caught up in the cat and mouse game, daring Jacob to pull the trigger.
